In my 17 years of therapy experience, I've had the privilege and pleasure of serving a diverse group of populations, including:
~at-risk children and teenagers
~families dealing with co-parenting and divorce,
~children and adults with depression and anxiety disorders, and adults with co-occurring (substance use/abuse and mental health) disorders
~individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds
~clients as young as 7 y.o. and up to 74 y.o. (and counting) in community-based mental health and intensive outpatient settings
25 years of direct service:
~Mentoring high school students
~Teaching group swimming lessons ages 3-5 y.o.
~Lifeguard and pool party host for kids' birthdays
~Camp counselor for under-served elementary school children
